Interview process began as many do; initial interview to review qualifications, followed by a more formal interview with the hiring manager and then an "informal" call with employees.
Then, I was ghosted. After positive feedback from the hiring manager, stating they "enjoyed" our discussion, I reached back out to follow-up, crickets.
Whether or not they wanted to move on with me (they obviously did not) there is something called professional courtesy to simply state, we've gone another directions - period. Simple and Professional.
