Interview process was three rounds in all. The first round was a screening call, the second round was with manager, the third and final round was a panel interview/culture fit with four different coworkers in various departments.
I applied online. I interviewed at Threshold Agency (Stafford, VA) in Jan 2021
Interview
I first received a screening call and from there was sent to the next part of the process. This was a group interview that would lead to shadowing another worker. It was done via zoom.

Are you comfortable in leadership positions?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Threshold Agency (Austin, TX) in Sept 2019
Interview
I had two initial phone calls and two, 90-minute in-person interviews. The 2nd in-person required an "assignment" where you review real digital metrics reports and write down what questions you'd ask your team and what you would tell the client.
90 minutes for each meeting, not to mention the commute, is a big time commitment, when you are working full time. They did not seem to be mindful of this.
Additionally, they took over 3 weeks to get back to me with the rejection email which was more or less a form letter.
