Three W International interview questions

I applied online and received an email about three weeks later to set up a phone interview a week later. The interviewer, Alix had me on speaker and said she had a cold and to please bear with her but she sounded really sick and when I'd ask her a question she would sigh loudly and speak with utter tiredness. A simple reschedule of the phone interview would have made life easier on her and myself. Other than that the questions were relevant but I was not convinced to "carry that administrative burden such as paperwork and filing."
