The interview process went smoothly--met in the restaurant and went over my qualifications/resume. The two who interviewed me were nice and showed interest. Went so far to show me around the office. It seemed like I would be hearing back either way, as they sounded pretty interested in hiring me and were generally enthusiastic. I was told I'd hear back from them early next week (interview was on a Friday). Waited around 'til later in the week and heard nothing. Checked in on Thursday and the guy said they were still making a decision and would know the next day. Still nothing... waited around until the middle of next week and never got any response or rejection. Pretty disappointing. So don't expect to hear ANYTHING if you ever apply and they don't want you. I think it's incredibly rude to never give any form of response as an employer. An email would have been fine. Assuming they couldn't pay me the minimum salary I expected. However, I STILL should have been given closure/some sort of response from the person who interviewed me.
