7 interviews all asking the same exact questions. In retrospect, I'm not sure why I went along with it. The majority of the questions revolved around the low morale and continouse job abandonment. This alone should have told me about the company.

Interview
Interview process included three phone interviews with corporate team members and an onsite interview with the HR manager and Distribution Center Manager. I was working with a recruiter the entire time to align all the interviews, offer letters and process.

They asked a lot about giving feedback to associates and culture questions. How you would hold people accountable and set expectations.
