7 stages 2 system design interviews each with a different interviewer, interviewers were pleasant on the whole had to do 2 system design interviews where they just repeated the same scenario which was weird . After 7 hours of interviews they just said, "we wont be proceeding" no feedback nothing else, shocking behaviour.

HM Interview, Coding, Design, Best practices, Engineering manager interview. +Chat with VP. Great interview process with the interviewers who are highly competent at their roles. All stages were quite technical but not too difficult if your software engineering foundations are strong. There were a few hiccups during the interview process and some had to be delayed and one needed to be rescheduled last minute due to interviewer getting ill. It's one of those things but would be better if I knew earlier because I had to travel to their office as it was a face to face interview. Overall I enjoyed the interview process and the verbal feedback I received was that the outcome was positive. But then things started to get complicated :) I was asked to chat with VP which wasn't part of the original interview schedule. I did that and then had to wait 2-3 weeks to hear back. Once I heard back, they had changed their mind and now decided to look for candidates internally and stopped the process with me. I interviewed with 6 people in total and spent good amount of time only to find that they changed their mind last minute. Which is not great and I recommend them to plan better for the future. I also recommend to candidates to ask at early stages if Thousand Eyese are 100% sure that they want to hire for this role.
