Initial HR interview was rescheduled multiple times due to disorganisation and communication issues. The HR interview is a screener to determine if the candidate is suitable for the position.
After the HR interview I was told that I would progress to the following interviews concerning project experience, design, case study whiteboard session, and finally a leadership and culture interview. You are asked to fill in timeslots for availability.
However, despite making large portions of my workdays available for the interview, the second interview was delayed multiple times over a number of weeks, apparently due to unavailability. After a couple of weeks of this I received an email notification that the role had already been filled.
