its been more than 7 years when I was interviewed at ThoughtWorks for STEP Intern but still, I do remember that experience Vivek Haridash (we call it Swami Ji ) I was nervous initially but after a few minutes, I started feeling comfortable because he was very polite. and he was treating me like he knows me for a long time. It went almost more then 1 hours or so but I didn't realise the time because it was an amazing experience. It felt like classroom session and less of an interview.
The overall interview process was smooth and well organized. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the discussion. They asked relevant technical and problem-solving questions while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Communication was clear, and the entire experience was pleasant and respectful. I would rate the overall process 4.9/5.
