A recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen but scheduled it outside my availability and then went silent for over a day. The invite was then updated, but the recruiter did not call. She called me four times two hour later and then emailed me to try to reschedule. I reluctantly agreed. During the phone screen there was a lot of background noise so I wasn't able to hear her very well and she didn't allow me to ask questions. She then asked for my availability for the next interview over the next few days but went silent again for over a day. Then I received an invite for the following week. When I asked the recruiter if that was a mistake, she said it was and sent me a Zoom invite for four hours later the same day. At that point I decided to bow out of this chaotic process.
