I interviewed at Thought Machine (London, England)
Interview
Introductory call with an internal recruiter, followed by a take-home coding exercise, then three back-to-back technical interviews on site (each one hour):
- code review
- algorithms
- system design
I sent in my Resume and CV and within the week I had an initial screening phone call.
Then upon completing a technical assessment I was invited to their office for a Code Review, Algorithms and Sys design interview. All the interviews at every stage were super friendly and though I didn't get the offer in the end I think Thought Machine sounds like a great place to work.
