Interview
First written test , then campus interview, and then assesment round at Bengaluru office.
Written test was, moderate difficulty, campus interview was resume based, and Bangalore assesment round was fun and challenging, and very different from usual interviews. There were 3 rounds, case study, fact finding, and team building activity, followed by final interview, at the Bangalore assesment round

The first round was online test where almost 400+ attended. It was a campus recruitment drive. Then 20 got shortlisted for f2f round. One should be highly fluent in communicating and show some attitude in speech. It was completely about the projects mentioned in resume. Basic HR questions were asked. 8 were shortlisted from this round and asked to report at bangalore office after a few days where there were multiple rounds and finally 3 got full time and intern. 3 got intern alone.

1. aptitude test (45 minutes). a lot of data interpretation and data sufficiency questions+ essay writing(15 minutes).
2. Interview: 45 minutes. mostly hr questions and if done projects, will be grilled on that
3. assessment center. full day activities of 4 rounds.. individual case study round and presentation (2 and half hour), fact finding round (40 minutes), a group task of building an airport on an island (30 minutes), and hr interview (30 minutes)
