Applied online and received a call a few weeks later asking me to come in for an interview. The recruitment representative was fantastic, kept me informed every step of the way. The interview itself was relaxed and informative, between myself and two managers in a side room. Mostly competency questions and a general chat - really get the impression they just want you to be the right fit for the role. After a few days (when they held a few more interviews) I was contacted with an offer which I accepted. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
