I applied during the pandemic. Initial interview was just getting to know your professional and your educational background, your expected salary, and if willing to relocate if you're far from the location. Next was Verbal assessment then final interview with the team manager.

I got a call the day after I passed my resume thru jobstreet. The next day we had series of examinations and an initial interview by the hr. They were all nice and approachable. After I passed the initial interview, I took the last exam. Hopefully, I passed the last exam because I really believe that this company is good armed with hardworking and positive employees. I really want to work here. NO OFFER YET :)

Interview
Initial Screening (3 Parts):
1. First Exam: Technical Skills. Basic HTML Coding, proof reading, and document comparison assessment. Around 1-1.5 hrs.
2. Second Exam: English Competency. 3 Parts: Grammar, Email Writing, and Listening Skills.
3. Initial Interview with HR person.
At this point of the interview, there is no offer yet.
Afterwards, they will tell you that they will email with a response whether they will elevate you to the next stage of the recruitment. If yes, it could be a panel interview.
