Coordinated structured interview. Met with three higher level staff members, one on one, for one hour each. Obtained hyperlink to complete caliper assessment. Attended informal interview with hiring manager and team member for an hour. Obtained an offer way below discussed expectations and with a "take it or leave it" approach. I will remain prepared for the worst and hoping for the best.
