Hiring process is quite simple. You need to know basics of Web technology and some knowledge of html framework that will make your job easier. They only look for how you are confident in Web technologies.

Interview
1. Technical Round (in this round the basic question will be ask)
2. Written test (Consist of Aptitude+ CSS+ Jquery + HTML)
3. Technical Round
4. HR( discussion about the salary and joining date)

Question 1
On first round they will ask a basic question like position in CSS, psuedo class, font style, etc.
But the sad part is they will ask you to join on the immediate basis than only they will provide the offer letter, Since it's a MNC, I accepted. I had resigned from my current and sent the revealing letter to the HR at Thomson. Than they said the process will take some time. I am continuously following the HR but now I am not getting any response from the HR. I would request everybody to avoid such type of situation and do not resign from your company until you get the offer letter in your hand. I didn't expect this kind of fraud from such a Big Company.

Interview
This is the open walkin, So firstly they took Resume Screening Because of lot of People their reached. So I they asking basic question about HTML, CSS, and Layout. So i have clear the Screening then after they completed Resume Screening of all students, Resume screening took 1 - 2 hours. then they conduct Written Test of English and Subjective Questions and result will declare after 7 - 8 days. I have cleared the written test, So they invite for Face to Face Interview. In Interview they asking again HTML, CSS practically Questions. I answered all Questions, Interviewer told me HR will get back to you.(But i don't know they played some internal politics, so i didn't get call for HR.)
and i did explain everything and every Answers About HTML, CSS. (but i don't know why i not-selected).
