I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Rochester, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
They asked very specific questions on customer service and wanted very detailed and specific instances in response. Was a little hard to work with because there were no legal questions to work with as I had prepared for. People were friendly. Get all their first and last names because there is no other way to track your interviewer.

Question 1
Tell us about an obstacle or inefficiency you identified in a previous role and how you took initiative to improve it.
Virtual, offline interview. Thoughtful questions, but would have been nice to get a feel for the people and the culture during the process. Maybe next stage will include some face to face if I get that far!
