First I was invited for a brief and tough interview. The recruiter never smiles and just throws questions on top of questions in a heavy manner.
After 2 weeks knowing I had passed to the second stage, I was invited for the assessment. As I arrived, I was badly welcomed, receive plenty of papers to sign (confidentiality terms, guidance on how to conduct a cold call, system functions, and also a guide explaining you cannot use the name of the company on your CV, LinkedIn, etc.. Also, you need a badge to use the toilet, and return this badge after each use! Which sounds completely shocking to me.) So I wasn't given the time to read all of this, and a person arrived to super briefly explain how the system worked. In the end, I was there for 5 hours, trying to convince people without any proper training to give information about their companies, through telephone surveys! Of course I didn't succeed. During all this time, no one offered me water, or showed me where the toilet was, or came to help! They only came to tell me I couldn't use my phone under any circumstance! Awful job, they said I'd be trained, which did not happen. Before I got their answer, I was already sure I'd prefer to be unemployed than to work there! Which is strange when you see their institutional videos, and you see they have been awarded like a great place to work. Actually, their call centre is in a different part of London, and the office is quite dark and kinda creepy.
