There are two parts to the interview process: the initial phone screen and then the "Superday" interview. They are timely with their communication.
I had a very positive experience with the hiring managers, and spoke with them for about 45 minutes. They were both friendly and very professional. The interview consisted of typical behavioral questions and one pseudo-case question. I was offered a final round interview at one of these Superdays, but they unfortunately do not pay for your travel expenses to and from New York. A shame, because it seems like a great firm to start with a collegial environment.
