At the time of scheduling interview, you just chase the candidate like anything, after completion of all the arounds of interview please do have courtesy to be inform candidate about the progress. At least inform the candidate whether he/she selected or could not clear the interview it's very bad faith to not to respond Hope you will change this attitude

Only technical round was there.

basics of C proraming
and asked questions deep into the linux kernel
most of the questions were on the implimentation details of the linux kernal, such as how API s work
and ask lot of questions about projects
