After multiple interviews with several different people, they ceased correspondence and provided no further information, despite my attempts to follow up. An automated email from a third party software was later received that stated "the results of your assessment are available", the link led to a personality assessment that had been completed, however I had never been sent an assessment or completed one. The assessment also included demographic information about me, including age and ethnicity/race, both of which were inaccurate.
The level of unprofessionalism in the organization, in addition to the discriminatory action of falsifying an assessment left me relieved to have not joined an organization with unethical and unprincipled leadership.
