Interview
Manager asked me basic questions about availability and prior experiences (if any). At the end of the interview he tested my sales pitch by having me select an item from the store and try to sell it to him for a scenario he gave me.
Interview with DM. Very fairly easy interview process. Very customer service based and what would you do type situations. They were looking to fill the role rather quickly as the store was an absolute mess. But it was a good process overall.

Interview
Interview was quick and simple. I was asked to sell the interviewer a blue pen and was asked about my prior experiences. Very straightforward interview. I was offered the job with a phone call the next day.
The interview was straight forward and quick. They asked me about my background and why I wanted to work there. I was able to ask questions. I heard back in a timely manner.
