The interview took place in their office with one guy who was also a Lead Developer at the company. He basically spent around 10 minutes presenting me the company and telling me what they did. Then he asked me about my background and what did I know that connected to the company's needs, mostly technologically speaking. The second part was a skills challenge that took them almost 2 months to review ! Finally got called again, offer was so low i refused.
