I applied in-person. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Singapore) in Apr 2024
Interview
The process took about two weeks and included a recruiter screen, a technical interview, and a panel with the hiring manager and a senior engineer. I was asked to walk through real troubleshooting scenarios, explain root-cause analysis, and demonstrate customer communication skills via a short role-play. There was also a brief practical exercise reviewing logs and outlining an escalation plan. The interviews were structured, with clear expectations, and focused on problem-solving, prioritization, and ownership. Overall, fair and professional.
