I applied for the position of project support associate in Basel. The recruiter contacted me by phone. She asked some standard questions. Then I got positive feedback and an invitation to a next video interview. However, after a few hours, I got a message from the automatic responder that the position was put on hold "due to a change in business needs" which is a slightly grotesque situation. It is a very unpleasant experience for me, especially since the recruiter did not call / wrote an email to me, and the position is still on linkedin and glassdor and you can apply for them. Thermo Fisher Scientific, please keep your job positions up-to-date and provide a better approach to candidates. My guess is that the company is still testing this position? Certainly, I will not apply again to any position in this company!

Es waren zwei Vorstellungsgespräche mit verschiedenen Personen. Einige Fragen waren identisch. Eines fand digital und eines im Büro statt. Die Atmosphäre war freundlich, und im Allgemeinen folgten sie dem üblichen Ablauf.
