3 interviews done in very short time frame. 1st with HR only (personality fit) 2nd on relevant experience and qualifications with direct supervisor 3rd - technical task to be prepared in a short time period (30 min) which is then presented to a group of peers

Quick follow ups to phone and onsite interview. Never heard back after onsite interview. Not even as a feedback to being passed on for someone else. Poor communication
