I applied online and was contacted for pre-screening questions about a week of two later. A few weeks later I was called in for in-person interviews, and heard back on a final decision in a few more weeks.

Understanding managers and easy-going. HR was really nice and helping as well. Took two weeks to get an interview and another two weeks to get the offer. No technical question was asked. Barely talked about school related stuff.
