I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Oct 2019
Interview
Thermo Fisher Scientific is my dream company! I have applied multiple times and after few years I finally got a call for interview. 1st phone screening followed by face to face at one of the facilities. (Amazing interview experience, team is friendly).
After 2 weeks I got a call from recruiter saying that Team would like to proceed and I did well in interview.
The best day in my life??? Not yet. Asked a few more questions and I said I am on H1B.
Backed Out?? I guess so!! Because no call/ follow up till date. I guess it is bad on my end to expect that companies would care about people who are passionate, qualified than Business!
I hope they remove the WORD -‘equal employment opportunity- regardless of citizenship’.

I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mar 2026
Interview
Hard, 4 level of interview. Took 1 week of inerview process. Waited for 5 weeks for result. Positive response. Standard level of interview. Interviewer made confortable. Happy at end of the interview. Able to answer all questions.
Interview process took me about a month. I made an internal move to this position. Questions didn't seem too difficult compared to my interviews with other companies. My complaint is that interview processes take way too long.

Do you have any experience with validation? What is validation to you?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Interview
Phone interview with the hiring manager alone. then an online teams interview with hiring manager and her boss. After that an offer was made.
The interview process was smooth and easy. Good relevant questions were asked and I did not feel like they were over the top or that the interviewers were inexperienced. I felt guided throughout the process and did not need to fumble around for answers.
