I got a email notice from HR in US for a ISR position in Toronto. Phone interview was arranged in a week. The interview was about 30 mins long and HR basically asked me to go through my resume and strength/weakness. I got an notice from the same HR by email the next day saying I did not pass because there are more experienced candidate. It was my first phone interview and I did screw it up a bit so nothing to blame about .
