I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Hong Kong)
Interview
Received phone call from HR & Admin Mgr, then one round direct interview with Finance Manager, the manager was nice and it's easy to get an offer
the workload to an entry position seems too high as it requires the candidate to do both financial and management accounting, it sounds not 100% FP&A job and not attractive pay so I declined the offer
I know someone who is direct customer of this compay keeps complaining that the company has poor AR system and the inventory record is messy which cannot match with delivery record correctly, it keeps the customer waiting and can't even receive equipment on time or any finished products after delivery date while they are still asked to settle the bill by the AR

Question 1
Introduce yourself, tell me about your previous job experience, have you encountered any difficulties dealing with your boss or colleagues?
Fairly straightforward, the interview was held online. If there are one or more positions, you might be in a panel interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Joined the TFP program which is a contract position for 2 years
