Entirely through the phone. Two interviews, the first with a research scientist and the second with a senior director. Took 1.2 weeks from last interview to accepted/submit background check step. Took another week from there to receive an official offer letter.

15 min phone screen, remote HR person asking behavioral interviews. It was chill, they seemed not interested though. I wasn't good at interviews at the time so I can't rly blame them.

Interview
Very friendly, they didn't make me nervous at all. A different approach to interview compare to others as they asked me to introduced myself and my experiences then ask questions depending on what i said.
