Interview
Had an interview with the recruiter. The scheduling was initiated by the recruiter asked for a 30 mins zoom video conference. Once scheduled, you will receive a Zoom interview invite. On the day of interview, guess what, it was a simple phone call despite you might be dressed for the zoom video call. The call is very straight forward asking about your background. When asked about the interview process, they said it would follow by a take home assessment, interviews with the team and CEO.
I didn't go thru with the process but i have to say, respect goes both ways, it is easier for any candidates to conduct a phone call than a video interview. If you don't intend to have a video call, then why not just say please give your best phone number to reach you and have the conversation anywhere.

Interview
Initial non-technical interview with HR, then online technical programming quiz done at your own pace over the course of a few days. I did not receive any explanation as to why I did not move forward.

What is the difference between "=" "==" and "===" in Javascript
Spoke with an HR person as a first round. She was quite standoffish and acted like her time was being wasted. They very clearly had an ideal candidate in mind and although it was clear before the interview I did not work with their technology of choice in a few years they decided to waste both of our time anyway. Seems like they are wanting all of the experience in the world but not willing to compensate above entry level anyway.

Applied for an internship. Mainly asked about experience and expanded on questions from resume. Met with few members of the team who were all very laid back. Had a call with them first, then an in person interview.
