Theory Wellness interview questions

Standard. Interviewer was friendly, personable. Too low pay but this company does have some staying power. It was clear I was too over qualified but I appreciated the interviewer’s interest in wanting to connect with me anyways. I felt like I had been somewhat seen and perhaps will be considered if a more apt role opens up in that person’s world.

Very professional seeming team. They made me feel comfortable throughout. Nice environment, seems like a well oiled machine from the outside looking in. Was notified when decision would be made, deadline kept. Was notified that I had not been selected in a very professional and congenial email.
