Theory interview questions

The process was highly unprofessional and transactional. The recruiter arrived late to our scheduled meeting and lacked professional polish. Despite my extensive background in senior retail leadership and deep brand loyalty, no questions were asked regarding my experience, my existing clientele in the local market, or my fit for the role. The conversation focused immediately and exclusively on base pay. When I requested a salary $5k above their initial offer, the recruiter stated it "wasn't worth the conversation" and abruptly ended the call. There was zero effort to discuss the total compensation package, including bonuses, commission, or clothing allowances. For a premium brand, the recruitment experience was dismissive and lacked basic professional courtesy.

Nice interview process, but many rounds and people to meet. The main point of contact was HR and it was organized process. Nice people and teams that I spoke with during the process
