I had an initial phone screen, and then a Teams call with two supervisors. Was told that I would be brought on-site for a final interview if they decided to move forward. I didn't get the role, but reapplied. Was told that they were only considering candidates with direct experience. Then, a candidate without direct experience was hired for the role.
