Video interview with general manager. Semi formal, More explanation about the role than questions asked of me. The process was not very difficult. There was only the one interview and was basically told I would be receiving an offer.

Online Chatbot through their website. Applying was very easy, I waited for about a week for an interview. When speaking about my experience I helped a neighbor out and all his other caregivers but interviewer said I didn't have the HHA/CNA certification so they declined my application. Now, I find out through one of those caregivers that you don't actually even that certification. Some misinformation on someone
