very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.

Interview
The process was short and sweet and to the point. They asked about previous leadership and if you are willing to work in the heat of the summer. Of course it gets hot but the work is in cycles and, if everyone does their job, its fun and goes smoothly
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
