I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was virutal, second round was in person. On the second round I was asked to present a campaign for a mock event. Though I didn’t get the job, they maintained good communication and were friendly throughout.

What would motivate you to excel in this position?
It was a phone interview, and it was very chill. My recruiter just asked about my resume and relevant experience, and then also asked a couple of standard marketing scenario questions.

Long and multiple steps but they gave me a great chance to prove myself. Interviewed with multiple staff over the course of 3 weeks First remote and then in person
