Pretty basic just do your thing don’t worry about nothing kost important thing is to be polite and kind, show your willing to work hard and all of that. Make sure you’re not on phone and show up on time.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
