Interview
My first year I had an in person interview with two site coordinators, they asked lots of questions regarding if I had ever worked with children before (which I had not). Lesson planning is an integral part of the job, so during my interview I was asked to come up with (on the spot) some activities that I would participate in.

What kind of plan would you come up with to teach a group of children about self esteem?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
