I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Mar 2025
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
Friendly, but too many questions for a very basic job. There were a lot of personality questions (do you prefer working independently, or following guidelines?) that honestly don’t apply to the job. There is no room for creativity in a job like this, so the focus should be more on your schedule, reliability, and ability to use a computer system.

It was great and friendly. Very welcoming environment. No one was intimidating. Just a an overall pleasant experience as interviews go. I knew I wanted to work with this group of people. Best interview I’ve had.
