Submitted application, had brother mention my name to the boss and he called me up within a week for a phone interview. After that I was offered a 1:1 interview. Then I was hired.

Interview
Short in length. Easiest interview that I have ever gone to in my entire life. I had the job by the time I sat down. My boss was really nice and easy to talk to

Interview
Interview consisted of a few questions about experience, how I would handle situations and ended in a tour of the building. The wanted to know about how my experience related to the job I was applying, and the asked about hobbies and personal interests as well.
It seemed as though I recieved the job, because the manager said that she would need to do a background check to move further and would be in contact wishing a week or two.
I recieved a call in exactly one week with a job offer and was told to come to work the next week with black pants and black shoes.
