Great interactions was amazing peers to the facility. Did a phone interview, in person and GM afterwards. The phone was a15 minute call, but the in person was about 30 minutes followed by a in water skill test.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
I had one interview with them, I was with 3 director (the COO, Branch Manager, and Youth Sports Director). The interview took about 1 hour and within 3 hours they offered me the job.
