Easy- the process for hiring was a little long, and i wasnt offered the position until halfway of summer camp so i wasnt able to work the whole summer. Once hired they did certify me for CPR and First Aid.

The interview was virtual, making it easier for me as a college student, as I was not in the same area as where the job was located. It was either on Zoom or Google Meet.

How would you handle two campers getting into an argument?
Simple, straightforward. Looking to hire anyone eager to work. Professionalism will set you apart but expectations are already low so there is no need to go crazy. Typical part time day camp process.

Pretty Simple. It felt more like a meeting to see how you are as a person. I believe that as long as they know that you know the best course of action when working with kids, you could be a good fit.
