I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward. We did the interview in a group of 3 and were asked to perform a song or activity that we would use if we were leading a group of kids, nothing difficult. Then we were asked questions as to how we have handled situations with kids or how we would handle situations like that.
The interview was laid back and easy. I had 2 people interview me and they never made me feel uncomfortable. The whole thing was over fast and they got back to me relatively fast
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Oceanside, CA)
Interview
Asked basic questions that are given in advance. Very simple. You recieve the questions so you can prepare and not have to worry although you cannot read off the sheet. I think its a more casual converation really. This makes it nice.
