You meet with the person who supervises the position you are applying for and it is a simple question and answer format. after the interviewer has asked you all the questions they want to ask they attempt to have a conversation with you. all the employees at the ymca are very friendly people so the conversation section was easy. after the conversation section the interviewer gives you an overview of your expectations and allows you to ask any questions you may have.
