Interview
It was a very honest and open interview process, more like a discussion regarding my career aspirations, and the role was explained to me very accurately as well. Personality fit and learning aptitude was weighed a lot higher than previous experience in a similar role. However, it was a thorough recruitment process that involved two stage interviews (one 1:1 and one panel) and a role play that could analyse the candidate's potential of performing in a real work situation.

Instead of competency based questions, the questions asked were more related to where I am in my career at the moment and where I aspire to be; and regarding my existing skill set, what can I bring in to the role and areas of development.
