Telephone interview with Internal recruitment as a general introduction to the company and to ask general questions, face to face interview with Office leader to explore past experience and job roles held. Final interview with research team leaders where they questioned technical skills and experience.

I had two meetings. The first was with the Head of Research and the Internal Talent Consultant and the second with The Development Director and a Head of Client Services. The interviews were five days apart and I was offered the role two days after the final interview.
