You are phone screened first, then you are invited in for an interview. You meet with the Vice President, Group Lead, some of the top producers. You talk with them as you normally would for an interview, about your experiences, what you want to bring to the company, etc. You make sure the personalilities work together and then if everything fits they call you about a week later and make the offer.
