I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Washington Network (Alexandria, VA) in May 2016
Interview
I was called in for a brief interview. Then I was called in again the following week for a longer interview that included a DISC personality test. Then I was called a few days later with an offer. I was given a formal job offer on paper, but it was never signed. I was not given an opportunity to fill out my onboarding paperwork and this business owner had no human resources department at all, and there was no one in the office to assist me except for two tech support people who really could not assist help because they were not HR.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Washington Network (Alexandria, VA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process was lengthy. 2 Phone interviews one which lasted an hour. Also an in person interview which lasted 2 hours. Then one personality test and one aptitude test taking another hour and a half. In the end they didn't even check my references and told me by a generic email I didn't get the job.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Washington Network
Interview
Before my interview, I was asked to do a personality test and an aptitude test. The interview lasted about three hours-the president likes to talk and tell stories. He also will quiz you a bit to see what you already are familiar with. I was basically offered the job at the end of the interview.
