The process began with 2 phone screenings which consisted of general scenario questions. The interview process was super easy going. Lots of general scenario and "get to know you" questions.

Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
